The Department of Visual and Public Art at California State University, Monterey Bay invites you to join us for Day of the Dead 2009. We will gather this year at 6pm on Monday, November 2 at the University Center Ballroom for an evening of dance performance, colorful displays, live music, traditional snacks, reflection, and commemoration.
Members of the community are encouraged to learn more about the ancient cultural traditions of this holiday, as well as to participate by building personal altars and adding images of their loved ones who have passed on to our Wall of Remembrance.
