Sara Delee and I have developed a curriculum theory dealing with art appreciation, art making, and museum studies that we have translated and articulated into classroom strategies and activities.

The main goal of these activities has been to connect our students with a sense of personal cultural identity and to realize how they can both express and experience this identity through making use of the museums in their communities as sites of learning.
